As seen in the gallery, the installation process involved carefully lifting and securing the affected areas, ensuring a safe and solid foundation. These SmartJakcks were installed at the bottom to help lift the settling wall. Concrete is used to make sure they stay in place and are permanently stable over time.

We put the SmartJacks in different parts of the basement to ensure level floors throughout the home.

Installation Process

This is how a SmartJack is placed into the floor; we dig a hole and place the jack in there, Then use a CleanSpace to cover the jack before covering it with concrete.

Measuring for the Levels

We measure for both the smart jack installation and to see how uneven the floors are throughout the home.

You can see at the bottom of the photo, that there is cracking along the wall. This indicates that the ground underneath the wall is sinking since it is a straight-across break.
