Together they installed a WaterGuard® french drain system to help collect water runoff from the basement walls and water leaking up from the foundation footings. WaterGuard® System is installed by jackhammering a trench around the base of each wall in the basement and placing drains into the trenches. Once the drains are put in place, rock is poured over and concrete is applied to create a flush finish with the flooring.
