Looking for a permanent solution, the homeowner contacted us for a free no-obligation estimate. After a thorough estimate, DBS Design Specialist Henrik Makitalo created a custom plan to stabilize the home. He recommended supplemental steel beams and 4 piers to restore structural integrity to the home.DBS Foreman Tyler Nacey and his crew completed the installation. They worked beneath the home to run steel beams beneath for additional horizontal support. The beams were then supported by helical piers. These steel tubes are hydraulically driven into the ground until they reach weight-bearing soil. The piers don't add any weight to the soil or bend under pressure. This home is once again stable and backed by a transferrable warranty against further movement.
