After taking measurements in both the exterior and interior of the home, they developed a custom solution to stabilize the home, beginning with a basement wall support system.DBS Foreman Tyler Nacey and his crew installed the foundation repair systems, beginning in the basement. Because the interior walls we badly cracking, they needed to stabilize them before doing any work on the exterior of the home. The team installed 3 steel beams to make up our PowerBrace™ Wall Bracing system. These beams are tightened to stabilize the wall and potentially push it back to its original position. The team worked to stabilize the floor system on that side of the home by adding a horizontal steel beam and our SmartJack® System to support the settled floor.The cracked and bowing walls are now stable and permanently protected from wall failure.
