This Saint Paul, MN home had sagging floors on the main level. Wanting to make upgrades to the home, the owners wanted to stabilize the floors first. After receiving a referral from a friend, they called DBS for an expert look at the basement.A DBS Design Specialist came out to the home to provide a free, no-obligation inspection and estimate of the work. They created a plan to lift the sagging floor and permanently stabilize it using our SmartJack XT system. DBS Basement Repair Foreman Zach Jorenby and his crew completed the install. They installed our SmartJack® XT beams to support the sagging floor. Two of the SmartJack beams were set into steel footings, and 1 was set into the home's footing and anchored with new concrete. This floor is lifted, leveled, and ready for the homeowner to carry on with plans for home improvements.
