DBS Design Specialist Nathan Schroeder visited the home, inspecting the dirt crawl space thoroughly. He documented the movement in the foundation and designed a plan to permanently stabilize it. DBS Foreman Nick Burley and his crew began the stabilization by installing 21 feet of supplemental beam to offer more horizontal support for the space. Beneath it, they installed 5 SmartJacks and completed a lift procedure to transfer the weight of the home to stable soil. This home is now safe and stable, offering peace of mind for years to come!
