Upon inspection of the garage, our Design Specialist noted several areas of stress on the block garage wall. This front corner is supporting an enormous amount of weight from the soil on the exterior.

Sinking Slab to Be Raised
This concrete slab extends from the garage to the rest of the home and is showing significant signs of sinking. It's common for the soil beneath the concrete to washout after continuous exposure to water.
Push Piers Connect to Foundation Footing in Duluth, MN
The DBS push pier system consists of a steel bracket that is attached to the foundation footing. From there, a steel tube is hydraulically driven to reach weight-bearing soil well below the surface.
