Our team installed 8 push piers total at the base of the home on the exterior of the home. These galvanized steel piers were then hydraulically driven into the ground to weight-bearing soils. The weight of the home was then transferred to the competent soil.From there, our team performed the deck stabilization work by driving 4 HelixPro® piers beneath the wooden supports. This home is now fully stabilized and ready to go on the market!
