This 1950's home in Duluth, MN had issues with water leaking through cracks in the foundation. In need of a permanent solution, the homeowners turned to DBS to put an end to water issues and protect the structural integrity of the entire home.After hearing about us on local radio, they called DBS for a free, no-obligation estimate with our Design Specialist James Miller. He diagnosed the foundation and concrete issues in the garage and designed a custom solution for the homeowners. Foreman Nick Burley and his crew installed 6 GeoLock™ Wall Plates and Earth Anchors to the failing foundation wall. This system uses the heavy-duty anchors in and connects them to plates on the wall interior wall. Connected with long, galvanized rods, these anchors are tightened to straighten the wall over time and provide maximum support. The customer was happy with the work done and now has a permanent solution they can count on for years to come.
