These PowerBrace™ steel I-beams stop the foundation walls from bowing further and are tightened over time in effort to restore the wall to its original position.

To address cracking, our production team installed 12 CarbonArmor® to support the wall and stop any further movement.
CleanSpace® Vapor Barrier
Our CleanSpace® vapor barrier has been applied to the walls and will keep any moisture build-up at bay.
WaterGuard® Drain Installed
Our WaterGuard® french drain system will collect any water that reaches the basement and direct it to the home's sump pump.
Plywood to Protect
Our crew put plywood over the grass in order to protect our both our customer, and their neighbor's lawn.
Support Beam and Helical Pier
Our team drove helical piers into the ground to properly support the home's addition and deck. From there, they feed a new support beam under the structure to offer full support.
2 Helical Piers Installed
This helical pier is on the other side of the structure and will also cradle the steel support beam.
