Foundation Repair Photo Album: DBS Saves Foundation of Historic Home in Gheen, MN

This historic home in Gheen, MN was in disrepair and had significant trouble with the foundation. Wanting to revive this building, the owner contacted us for a permanent solution. A DBS Design Specialist visited the home and provided a thorough, free, no-obligation estimate. It was determined that significant supplemental support was needed.  Kevin Steffey, one of our Production Managers was the foreman for the project. The three main crawl space support beams were replace to restore support along the length of the building. Kevin and his crew then drove 8 HelixPro® helical piers into the ground to support the structure's foundation and crawl space. The homeowners can now rest easy knowing that this foundation of the historic home has been restored!
