Design Specialist, Royce Bunn went to the home and provided a free, no-obligation estimate for the work. Increased soil pressure over time has caused these walls to bow. GeoLock® wall anchors are embedded in stable soil away from your foundation wall and are then connected to steel anchors with long galvanized rods. These are tightened to stabilize shifting walls and can be adjusted over time in an attempt to bring the walls back to level. Foreman Zach Royer and his production crew worked hard to install the GeoLock® system. This home is now healthy, safe, and stable all year round!
