These homeowners in International Falls, MN reached out to DBS for help waterproofing and stabilizing their basement.    Design Specialist, Royce Bunn went to the home and provided a free, no-obligation estimate for the work. Royce determined that our WaterGuard© System and our SuperSump® Sump Pump would be the best solution for the unwanted water in the basement. WaterGuard© is installed along the perimeter of the basement and directs any unwanted water to the SuperSump® Sump Pump.  Increased soil pressure over time causes walls to crack and bow. The foundation was stabilized using PowerBrace™ Wall Support Beams which can be installed on top of the WaterGuard© System. PowerBrace™ Wall Support Beams immediately stabilize bowing walls and over time are tightened in an attempt to bring the walls back to level. Sections of the walls were cracked but not yet bowing and this made CarbonArmor® a perfect solution for the problem. When walls aren’t bowing but are beginning to crack CarbonArmor®  is a perfect match due to its flexible material that is 10-times stronger than steel and able to contour to any wall.    This basement is now dry, safe, and stable for the homeowners to enjoy worry-free!
