Foundation Repair Photo Album: Barn Saved Using GeoLock® Wall Anchors and PowerBrace™ Beams in Fall Creek, Wi

These homeowners in Fall Creek, WI reached out to DBS for help stabilizing the foundation of their barn. The barn is partially underground and overtime expanding soil was putting increased pressure on the walls resulting in cracking, bowing and an unsafe failing foundation. Design Specialist, Rich Johnsen went to the property and provided a free, no-obligation estimate for the work. To correct the failing walls multiple stabilization methods were utilized. Four GeoLock® Wall Anchors were placed underground outside of the barn and connected with galvanized steel rods to anchors inside the barn. Additionally, four PowerBrace® Wall Bracing beams were placed on the walls to prevent any future bowing from occurring. A DBS foreman and his crew successfully installed the products and saved this structure. This barn is now safe, stable and will not any have future wall failure.
