These cabin owners in Paynesville, MN contacted DBS when their concrete block foundation began to crack and the house was noticeably sloping into the ground. The home also had a musty smell that was coming from their crawlspace. The first step was to permanently stabilize the foundation of the house. This was accomplished by installing our Push Pier system which is completely concealed underground after the install. The final part of the solution was to install CleanSpace® waterproofing in the crawlspace to keep it dry from sitting water and prevent mold from occurring which results in a musty smell in the home.
