Poor Support by Wood Posts
Old wood posts, such as the one shown here, provide minimal support for the crawl space area, which is what causes so many floors to start sagging. DBS will be installing SmartJacks® to add support.
Adding CleanSpace®
A CleanSpace® vapor barrier can be installed as well to help block off unwanted outside material from entering the home by way of the dirty crawl space.
Crawl Space Cleaning
Before any CleanSpace® can be installed, all the debris will be cleared out of the crawl space area.
