Foundation Repair Photo Album: Piering and exterior Waterproofing job in Duluth

This Customer had a problem with the corner of there house settling from failing soils below the footing. Our solution was to under pin the foundation with out Push Piers, and lift the corner of the house up so the windows could work properly, and so they didn't have to keep fixing drywall cracks! We also Waterproofed and sealed the block below grade, insulated, and installed a new Sump System in the basement. The job went really well, and took care of the settling foundation once and for all!!
