Anchors Installed Along Wood Wall
To provide the support needed for the wood foundation wall to handle our earth anchors we only needed to add a board along the top and bottom of the anchors.
Anchors Providing Support
Depending on the severity of the issue and the wishes of the homeowner our specialist helps decide how far apart the anchors need to be spaced to provide the correct amount of support for the wall.
Working Around Permanent Fixtures
Many people have concerns that if they have their basement finished, washing machines, or HVAC equipment in the way, but fortunately our solutions are non-obtrusive and versatile enough to work around just about anything that's in our way.
Safety Is our First Priority!
We ensure that we are working carefully around any existing wires and pipes. We prepare for our jobs well in advance as well and make sure to call to locate underground utilities before we dig.
Extra Support Where Needed
We pride ourselves on customizing a solution for everyone we work with. If your basement needs more support in one area we will be sure to let you know and customize a solution that takes that into account.
Unobtrusive Solutions
This basement bedroom needed a solution that would not take away space from the bedroom. With the wall anchors we installed we can provide covers that hide the metal anchors or once the wall has been adjusted correctly the walls can once again be finished.
Always Customizing
Room by room in this house our specialist designed a solution that fit the home. This solution takes advantage of the pre-existing structure of the home and provides the right amount of support across the whole basement.
Keeping The Basement Sealed from the Outside
When we install Earth Anchors we make sure to seal the opening we create so there will be no issues with leaks, or cold air entering the home.
Tightening Into Place
We have methods to tighten the plates against the walls quickly or slowly adjust them over time.
Anchors Connected
Here you can see the rods that were driven through the basement wall into the soil on the other side. These rods continue through the soil several more feet before we dig down to place an earth anchor on the other side. These anchors grip the solid earth and provide the anchoring necessary to pull the wall back into place.
