Floors Separating From Cabinets
With two paralell lines drawn across this picture it becomes obvious exactly how much the floor here has tilted. In the corner you can even see a gap where the cabinets have separated from their base.
Little Support In the Crawl Space
This tight crawl space contains very little support for the home. Fortunately we have solutions that work for even the smallest of crawl spaces.
Limited Crawl Space Access
The access to the crawl space on this side of the home is covered by a deck. With a little work we can carefully remove the deck boards and gain the access we need to properly support this home.
Installing the Push Piers
The Piers are buried deep into the soil where they escape the effects of shifting soil and provide permanent support for the home.
Adjusting the Piers
The piers are adjusted to the proper height to maintain permanent support for the home.
An Unobtrusive Solution
The unnecessary materials are removed from the pier so it can sit flush with the surrounding area and remain adjustable if needed in the future.
Six Piers in Total
Permanently leveling this section of the home meant we needed to install six piers beneath the deck.
Little Disturbance to The Deck
The piers have been installed so that they blend in with the deck. This creates an unobtrusive solution that can be adjusted over time as neccessary.
