Foundation Holes
If the foundation has shifted or crumbled enough to create holes, this should be a clear indicator that there are problems with the foundation. These holes can allow cold air and water into the home, so it is important to get them inspected as soon as possible.
Large Openings Between Bricks
This is a very concerning symptom of foundation damage. The foundation has shifted more than an inch and freely allows air to enter the home. Spraying an expanding foam in these cracks may be an alright temporary solution, but we see problems like these get much worse all the time. Not only can the opening become wider, but the entire foundation could eventually collapse without a proper inspection.
Sinking Stoops
This stop has sunken slightly, but what is more concerning is the cracks on the house around the stoop. It appears that this area of the house is caving in toward the basement. Problems like this should not be ignored if at all possible.
