Challenge
This project was a challenge because there was 5'' of settlement in the middle of the structure, but half of the building was sitting right on the dirt!
Solution
This was a perfect fit for the Smart Jack System. We hand dug a tunnel under the building to the center and installed Smart Jacks under the middle support beam. Then, we installed Smart Jacks around the entire perimeter to support the building and begin the lift. Once the job was complete we had lift the structure to within 1/2'' from end to center!
