Challenge
The homeowner faced issues with their trailer's foundation and sought a solution to level it without the need to remove the existing support. The tight entry space added complexity to the situation.
Solution
DBS addressed the challenge by installing three smart jacks strategically placed near the exterior door and the beginning of the bedroom. Despite the tight entry, the team successfully completed the installation. To ensure stability, frost protection was added to clips poured a week earlier. The use of 6”x6” base plates and three lift procedures achieved the desired elevation without removing the current support.
