The owner of this home in Duluth, MN reached out to us looking for help with their disheveled basement. Water was leaking through cracks in the basement, so one of our Design Specialists went to take a look. After a thorough inspection, our Design Specialist created a quote for our PowerBrace® and Basement Waterproofing Systems.

Solution

One of our crews installed our french drain system in the basement first to help waterproof the space. Then they installed our PowerBrace® System to help prevent further cracking and bowing in the basement walls. Finally, they installed a layer of CleanSpace® water vapor barrier along the walls.
