Wall Support Solution for Shifting Basement in Palisade, MN

This home in Palisade, MN was suffering from an unstable basement wall. The wood in the basement was shifting and needed a solution, so the homeowners reached out to DBS for help.

Solution
Foreman Osia Williams led the installation of this project with help from a crew. Together, the crew installed this anchor system to stabilize and reposition the wall. This system connected the inside of the home to the solid and stable soil outside of the home, leaving the wall stable and unmovable. This particular project also had external waterproofing completed so stop water intrusion in the home.
These homeowners can now relax knowing their basement is safe and stable.
