Warm, Dry Basement Project in Lake Elmo, MN.
Challenge
Our clients called DBS because they wanted to improve the environment in their basement. They said their basement was cold, drafty, and damp. They called DBS with hopes of a dry, warm basement. They said they wanted to have the most efficient, comfortable basement as possible for the best price they could find.

Solution
Upon Henrick’s arrival at the home, he saw that the basement walls needed repair to stabilize the foundation. After stabilizing the walls and correcting the foundation, this will improve the draft in the home and create a warmer environment. Once the walls are straightened and stable using our PowerBrace™ Wall Bracing System, the basement was waterproofed.
DBS sealed the cracks in the basement, waterproofed the interior to keep the area warm and dry. We were happy to solve all of these problems and make their basement a warm, enjoyable area to spend time.
