The clients called regarding their basement that was frequently wet and had cracks. They wanted a dry, level basement where they could comfortably enjoy their home. The basement cracks were causing water to get in and the family knew they needed a concrete repair service. The cracks had been getting progressively worse over the years and they had started to notice the problem become more significant. The family called DBS to look for a safe solution to leveling out their basement, filling in the cracks, and keeping it dry for their enjoyment.
Solution
DBS went to their household to see the problem. Royce Bunn, one of our design specialists was sent to look further into their problem. Among coming to their house, Royce was able to give the couple an estimate and give them a solution to fix their wet, cracked basement. DBS was able to tell the couple of our waterproofing service and solutions to fixing cracked concrete, to make our couple satisfied and comfortable in their basement. Royce did a great job of fixing the basement to make it waterproof again. DBS has sealant and waterproofing products to make sure it keeps dry, we also fix the concrete in the garage to make sure it is level and safe for the family to walk on. We make sure it is sealed in the cracks and concrete, which will help immensely in the waterproofing process.
