Support for Crawlspace
While this support was working for the home, it was not stable enough for the home inspection so we needed to replace that with our smartjacks!
Laying the Ground Work
We spray foamed the walls and put down the first layer of the encapsulation.
Sprayfoam to Insulate and Prevent Moisture
Along the bottom of the wall, we installed spray foam where there was a gap in the foundation to help prevent future moisture and drafts from entering the crawlspace.
Rim Joists Spray Foam
We spray foamed the top of the wall to insulate the crawlspace, preventing cold drafts from leaking into the floors.
SaniDry for Moisture
We placed a dehumidifier in the space for ultimate moisture control.
CleanSpace Encapsulation
The whole crawlspace was encapsulated for ultimate protection from moisture and the elements.
