Together, the team started by using SprayFoam insulation on the walls to air seal any unwanted holes or cracks that were allowing large amounts of airflow into the space. Following that, they used TerraBlock™ insulation on the ground to prevent any cold air and moisture from rising into the home. Finally, they used CleanSpace® to create a clean finish and to transform the space into a safe storage area. This home will no longer be affected by the crawl space issues it faced before, and can continue to be renovated and rented out as this homeowner intended.
