After inspection, Henrik suggested the homeowners encapsulate their crawlspace using SprayFoam, Drainage Matting, TerraBlock™, and CleanSpace® in order to keep the space dry, warm, and ready to use all-year-around Foreman Nick Woods led the installation of this project with help from a team. The team started by using SprayFoam to insulate the walls of the crawl space. They then placed down Drainage Matting on the floor of the space in order to avoid future moisture seeping through. To follow the matting, TerraBlock™ insulation was placed to avoid cool air entering the space from beneath the home. Finally, CleanSpace® is placed on top to cover the walls and floor of the crawl space and make for a cleaner appearance and the option to use the space as storage. This advanced crawl space encapsulation will keep this home dry and warm so the owners can enjoy their new 4 season home.
