This South Haven, MN cabin was built in the 1950s. The foundation has settled over time causing symptoms like uneven doors and windows, as well as bouncy floors on the main level. After completing a thorough inspection beneath the cabin, Andy designed a solution that would address the sinking and provide permanent support. Upon his inspection, he documented mold on many of the floor joists and prescribed our Mold-X Botanical treatment to rid the space of mold and add some protection to the beams going forward. DBS Foreman Zach Jorenby led the installation of this project. A supplemental steel beam was installed as well as our SmartJack system to lift and stabilize the sinking floors. This family cabin is healthy, safe, and comfortable once again!
