This crawl space door now has an airtight seal around its perimeter. This will keep the crawlspace free from outdoor air, allergens, and moisture.
Vent System Leaking Air
Small vents like this one can leak a lot of energy if not properly insulated. Closed cell spray foam has made this airtight and will prevent heat escaping during the winter and eliminate heat from entering during the summer.
