It was time for a permanent solution when these homeowners reached out to DBS. DBS Design Specialist, Henrik Makitalo went to the home and provided a free, no-obligation estimate for the work. Henrik inspected the home and made a plan of action to fix this crawl space! CleanSpace® water proofing vapor barrier and a new TripleSafe™ sump pump were installed to keep this basement dry. Closed-cell spray foam was applied along rim joists and walls to seal off this crawl space and decrease heating and cooling costs for the home. This home was repaired by a DBS Foreman and his production crew. This home is now healthy, safe, and comfortable!

The TripleSafe™ sump pump delivers on its name with three separate sump pumps. The main sump activates when water enters a basement and can remove up to 2,600 gallons of water per hour. The second pump turns of if an issue occurs with the first pump and can remove 6,200 gallons of water per hour. The third pump is battery operated and will turn on in the result of a power outage.
