Crawl Space Repair Photo Album: SilverGlo™ and Sentry Seal Installed to Protect White Bear Lake Home
This home was leaking water in one particular part of the basement. Homeowners had issues with water making its way into the basement in large amounts, especially in the spring while the family was traveling. The homeowners wanted to put the anxiety to rest and to come up with a permanent solution, so they contacted DBS.
Sales Manager Royce Bunn was the Design Specialist for this project and visited the home to provide a free, no-obligation estimate for the work. It was determined that an insulating-waterproofing system would need to be installed.
DBS Foreman Zach Royer and crew excavated soil around the base of the home's front entry and added a SentrySeal® membrane to seal off any cracks in the foundation from the outside. The crew also installed SilverGlo™ insulation to further protect the home's foundation.
The homeowners were happy with the work done and now have heavy-duty insulation and support for their basement.
