The walls were not properly insulated and the rim joists had no insulation. This was problematic for heat loss during winter and high humidity levels during warmer months. A combination of closed-cell spray foam insulation and CleanSpace® waterproofing vapor barrier was proposed to combat water damage and energy loss. DBS Foreman Zach Royer and his production crew worked hard to encapsulate this crawl space. This home is now healthy, safe, and comfortable all year round!
