Ceiling Space Limited
The ceiling curving with the roof limits the amount of space there is for insulation.
Dirty Loose Fill Insulation
The insulation has evidence of rodents. With the blown-in cellulose insulation, there would no longer be a rodent problem because they do not like the ingredients.
Basement Rim Joist
The entire basement needs to be sealed around the rim joists.
Old Insulation
The fiberglass and ESP need to be removed for new higher quality insulation to be installed.
Basement Doorway
The Plywood around the door needs to be removed and then sealed with spray foam. After being properly sealed, the plywood would be replaced.
