Crawlspace Encapsulation with SmartJacks®

When a local restaurant owner reached out to us, their frustration was evident. They were in the midst of renovating their establishment and were troubled by the cold seeping in during the winter, as well as the persistent smells and humidity throughout the rest of the year. The issues were originating from their crawl space, which was creating significant problems. Solution
After contacting our attentive Customer Care team, we swiftly arranged for a comprehensive inspection. Our System Design Specialist examined the crawl space and identified the core issues: inadequate insulation and a lack of an effective moisture barrier. To address these problems, we proposed a transformative solution: the installation of CleanSpace®, a high-quality vapor barrier system, combined with SmartJacks® to stabilize and potentially lift sagging floor joists.
Our skilled production team carried out the work efficiently. The CleanSpace® liner was meticulously installed, creating a sealed and drier environment by blocking moisture from the earth below. The SmartJacks® were strategically placed to restore stability to the structure.
