Bouncing Floors in Hayward, WI Stabilized with SmartJack® Systems

This homeowner in Hayward, WI was experienced stability issues in their crawl space. They explained that when walking or running on the floors, the floor was extremely bouncy. This problem had become unnerving for the homeowner, so they trusted DBS to help.

Design Specialist Henry Jungbauer assisted the homeowner in a free, no-obligation estimate to find the perfect solution for the home. After a careful inspection, Henry provided and quote and recommended our SmartJack® Support System. 

Foreman Osia Williams led the installation of this project with help from a team. Together, the team installed 14 SmartJack® Systems in the crawl space of the home. These jacks are extremely supportive and evenly distribute the weight of the structure to stabilize the home once again. They are adjusted in order to raise the floors back to their original placement and diminish the bouncing floors. 

This homeowner can now relax knowing their home is happy and healthy.
