Concrete Lifting and Leveling Photo Album: Virginia, MN Sidewalk Lifted and Leveled by DBS

Soil erosion caused this front sidewalk in Virginia, MN to sink. The sunken concrete created a tripping hazard and collected ice during the wintertime. After learning about our company on the local news, the homeowners contacted us for a free, no-obligation estimate of the work. DBS Design Specialist Steve Lafontaine visited the home and gave an estimate for the concrete repair. DBS Foreman Dustin Behning and his concrete repair crew completed the work to lift and level the front sidewalk. Our crew injected our PolyLevel® foam via small, dime-sized holes. Upon application, PolyLevel® expands to voids below concrete and actually lifts the slab back to a level position.
