Soil washout caused this Duluth, MN garage slab to settle over time. An uneven floor led to cracking and further foundation trouble. After learning about our company in the Duluth News Tribune, the homeowners contacted us for a free, no-obligation estimate of the work. DBS Design Specialist Henrik Makitalo visited the home and gave an estimate for the foundation work and concrete repair. After a thorough inspection, he designed a plan to stabilize the foundation using 4 PushPiers. After the foundation work was completed, DBS Foreman Dustin Behning and his concrete repair crew completed the work to lift and level the concrete in the garage. Our crew injected our PolyLevel® foam via small, dime-sized holes. Upon application, PolyLevel® expands to voids below concrete, from there it can actually lift the slab back to a level position. This two-part foam hardens within 15 minutes and is ready to use!
