Concrete Lifting and Leveling Photo Album: Sauna in Duluth, MN Now Properly Drain with Help of PolyLevel®
Homeowners in Duluth, MN added a sauna building when they purchased their home 10 years ago. They noticed the floor began to slope to one side, causing water to pool in the sauna's changing area instead of reaching the floor drain. Looking for a fix to this annoying problem, the family reached out to DBS.
DBS Design Specialist Ericka Boyum is one of our Concrete Repair experts. She visited the home for a free, no-obligation estimate for the concrete lifting and leveling work. She determined there that our PolyLevel® polymer could get the job done!
Concrete Repair Foreman Dustin Behning and his production crew drilled into the existing slab and pumped PolyLevel® into the holes to gently and gradually lift and level the slab. They were successful in raising the slab so that the water would flow into the drain instead of pooling in the changing area.
This family now has a restored slab with properly draining water in their sauna that they can enjoy!
