Concrete Lifting and Leveling Photo Album: Interior Concrete Lifting in Arden Hills, MN
A homeowner in Arden Hills, MN was experiencing floor sinking in the living room of their property, as well as with the sidewalk outside. The interior flooring was carpeted, however, there was noticeable sinking along the corners of the room, and the homeowner was in need of a solution. They had a Design Specialist come out, and it was determined that the carpet would need to be taken out so that our crew could install PolyLevel® to help lift and even out the surface. The same thing applies to the concrete sidewalk. PolyLevel® is an ideal alternative to mudjacking and is quick and efficient to install. The gallery will show a few steps to the PolyLevel® process from this project.
Uneven Sidewalk Surface
The outdoor sidewalk was beginning to shift unevenly and needed PolyLevel® for lifting.
Carpet Floor Needing Lifting
The carpet was to be removed from the floor in order to access spots for PolyLevel® injection.
PolyLevel® Installation Process
Once the carpet was lifted, the crew drills smalls holes for where the PolyLevel® will be injected.
