Right side of door step
The concrete slab at the bottom of the steps sank four inches, leaving the support posts only connected to the last step and not sitting on anything.
Left side of door step
The left side only sank three inches not only losing a proper setting for the building post but also making the slab tilt.
Temporary Repair
The slabs of concrete had moved not only down but away from each other. The temporary fix did not address all directions of movement.
Slab Movement
The slabs are sinking and spreading apart noted by the ledges and spaces in the concrete. The steps leading into the lodge have a crack that has begun and will only grow with time.
Sidewalk to Parking Lot
The slab closest to the camera sank lower than the others. The level placed across the slabs shows the difference. Further down the sidewalk, the concrete moved enough to create large cracks on multiple slabs.
