Noticeable Water Damage and Efflorescence
The basement shows clear signs of water damage, with efflorescence visibly coating the walls. This moisture issue was compromising the foundation and creating an unhealthy environment.

Wet Floors in Basement
The wet floors in the basement are a direct result of the ongoing moisture infiltration, making the space unusable and damp, which could potentially lead to mold growth and further damage.

Crew Member Caden Beginning Work on Crawlspace
Our team member, Caden, begins the process of installing a new foundation stabilization system and waterproofing solutions, starting with the crawlspace to address any existing moisture and foundation concerns.

Newly Installed Waterproofing System
With the new waterproofing system in place, including CleanSpace® and TripleSafe™ Sump Pump, the basement is now completely dry. This ensures long-term protection from water intrusion, improving the overall health of the space.

PowerBrace™, CleanSpace®, SmartJack® System, and Waterproofing Installed
The final result shows the complete installation of PowerBrace™ Wall Bracing, CleanSpace® moisture barriers, and SmartJack® stabilization systems. These solutions, combined with waterproofing, ensure a dry, secure foundation that can support future use.

CleanSpace® and SmartJack® XT Installed
The basement now features CleanSpace® wall coverings and the SmartJack® XT system, providing superior moisture protection and enhanced floor stabilization. This combination ensures a dry, secure space ready for long-term durability.

Crawlspace Encapsulation
The crawlspace is fully encapsulated with CleanSpace® liners, creating a sealed environment that prevents moisture buildup and improves air quality. This encapsulation ensures a dry, healthy crawlspace, protecting the building's foundation from water damage and mold growth.

WaterGuard Installed, Puddles Still Visible
At this stage, the WaterGuard system is in place, but water still remains in the basement. The system is now active and will soon begin redirecting the water away, preventing future puddling and damage to the home's foundation once fully connected to the drainage system.

Prepping for WaterGuard Installation
In this phase of the installation, the basement is being prepped by digging trenches along the perimeter. This crucial step will allow for the proper placement of the WaterGuard system, ensuring optimal water flow and preventing future basement flooding

WaterGuard System Being Installed
The WaterGuard system is being placed along the basement walls, creating a channel for water to flow through. Our team is carefully ensuring the system is leveled and securely attached to the foundation, guaranteeing that water will be directed into the drainage system efficiently.
