This home in Maple, WI had water issues in the basement. After designing a plan to keep water at bay, he also addressed some bowing in one of the basement walls. DBS Foreman Trevor Ingle and his crew installed one PowerBrace™ to stabilize the bowing and cracked portion of the basement foundation wall. The crew then began the waterproofing job by breaking out concrete to create a trench around the home's footing. Our WaterGuard® drain system was put into place and will effectively capture wall and floor seepage. Water collected in the drain is directed to a new TripleSafe™ sump pump with battery backup.The crew finished the job by installing IceGuard® on the discharge lines to better protect the sump pump system against freezing conditions.
