This 1960's home in Anoka, MN had issues with water instrusion. With a desire to keep their basement dry for good, they contacted DBS for a free, no-obligation estimate to fix the leaky basement. DBS Design Specialist Jason Brummer visited the home to provide a thorough inspection. It was determined that drain tile would be installed as well as a new sump pump to protect the basement against water intrusion.DBS Foreman Zach Jorenby and his crew worked on the interior waterproofing job. The crew began by breaking out concrete to create a trench around the home's footing. Our WaterGuard® drain system was put into place and will effectively capture wall and floor seepage. Water collected in the drain is directed to a new TripleSafe™ sump pump with battery back-up. The crew with finish the job in the spring by burying the discharge line once the ground has thawed. This family can now rest easy knowing their basement has the utmost protection in waterproofing technology.
