This home was built in 1927 and had been in the owner's family since the 1940's. They noticed a slight issue with moisture in the basement but could tell it was definitely worsening and reached out to DBS for help with a permanent solution. DBS Design Specialist Rich Johnsen went to the home and provided a free, no-obligation estimate for the work. After inspecting the home, we recommended installing CleanSpace®, a vapor barrier that will direct water into a new WaterGuard® drainage system. This two products will lead water into a SuperSump® pump and out of the home. DBS Production Manager Kevin Steffey was the foreman on the job. He and his production crew successfully installed these products along the perimeter of the basement, creating a dry and comfortable home to put the homeowners at ease!

Superior, WI Foundation Walls Prone to Moisture
