These homeowners in Grand Rapids, MN reached out to DBS for help repairing their home. Water damage was getting worse over time in this home and a permanent solution was needed. DBS Design Specialist, Henrik Makitalo, went to the home and provided a free, no-obligation estimate for the work. After inspecting the home, Henrik found issues in the foundation that were making water issues worse. The solution was to first stabilize the walls using GeoLock™ wall anchors. With the foundation made stable, CleanSpace® waterproofing vapor barrier was installed along the walls and connected with a WaterGuard® subfloor french drainage system. Any water will be collected and removed by a TripleSafe™ sump pump. This home was repaired by DBS Foreman Zach Royer and his production crew. This home is now healthy, safe, and comfortable!
