After inspecting the property Rich recommended installing our WaterGuard® drainage system to direct any water to the existing sump pump. WaterGuard® is an improved french drainage system with multiple access points along its path, allowing any issues to be corrected with ease. This system sits flush with the floor and is completely hidden and new flooring will be installed over it. This home was repaired by DBS Foreman Zach Jorenby and his production crew. The WaterGuard® french drainage system is connected across multiple rooms and drains into the sump pump system.
