Homeowners of this 1980's home in Duluth, MN reached out to DBS for help removing unwanted water from their basement. Water was consistently coming in through the basement foundation after rains.  A DBS Design Specialist went to the home and provided a free, no-obligation estimate for the work. After inspecting the home, we recommended installing CleanSpace®, a vapor barrier that will direct water into a a new WaterGuard® drainage system. This two products will lead water to the home's existing sump pump and out of the home. A DBS Foreman and production crew successfully installed these products along the perimeter of the basement, creating a dry and comfortable home to put this homeowner at ease!
