These homeowners in West St. Paul, MN reached out to DBS for help with keeping their leaky basement dry. They had water entering on three walls and around their fireplace when we arrived. A DBS Design Specialist went to the home and provided a free, no-obligation estimate for the work. After inspecting the home a WaterGuard® drainage system paired with a TripleSafe™ sump pump was recommended to keep the basement permanently dry. This home was repaired by DBS Foreman Tim Kincheloe and his production crew.

TripleSafe™ Sump Pump

The TripleSafe™ sump pump is installed with three separate sump pumps. The main sump activates when water enters a basement and can remove up to 2,600 gallons of water per hour. The second pump turns of if an issue occurs with the first pump and can remove 6,200 gallons of water per hour. The third pump is battery operated and will turn on in the result of a power outage. Your home is protected with the TripleSafe™ sump pump!
